Payment Policy Effective Date: April 24, 2025 This Payment Policy governs all payments for services provided by The Sound Sanitorium, including sound baths, guided meditations, workshops, and private sessions. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to comply with this policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 1. Acceptance of Terms By making a payment or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Payment Policy, our Terms of Service (available at https://www.thesoundsanitorium.com/terms-of-service), and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.thesoundsanitorium.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not book or participate in our services. 2. Payment Requirements - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other methods specified on our website. - All fees are quoted in GBP and are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. - Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time are non-refundable. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No refunds or credits will be issued. 5. Modifications The Sound Sanitorium reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at https://www.thesoundsanitorium.com and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
